Created new forum post in IP for api.quova.com: We are testing out the xml responses by sending the http request with the following format :
http://api.quova.com/v1/ipinfo/xx.xx.xx.xx?apikey=<apikey>&sig=<WHAT DO WE PUT HERE?>&format=xml
